I’ve realized I’m less interested in ideas on their own, and more interested in what it actually takes to make them real and sustainable.
Because honestly, a lot of things sound good in theory.
Very few are built in a way that can last.
What I Do
I work with founders, organizations, and leaders navigating growth, complexity, or transition stepping into the work to bring structure, alignment, and momentum.
Sometimes that looks like:
shaping strategy and direction

aligning teams and stakeholders

refining how something is positioned and experienced
