Franklin County Digital Equity Action Agenda
Co-chaired the Franklin County Digital Equity Coalition and helped architect the Action Agenda that directed $20M in funding to over 80,000 households.
The work required more than strategy — it demanded alignment across 30+ stakeholders spanning government, nonprofit, and private sectors, each with competing priorities, timelines, and definitions of success.
I worked at the intersection of vision and execution — shaping structure, facilitating alignment, and helping translate funding into coordinated, real-world deployment.
The question wasn’t whether the money existed. It was whether anyone could build a coalition steady enough to spend it well.
